  • Understanding Sequencing & Patterning

    Understanding sequencing and how it affects hitting development and learning is on of the major “discovery’s” we found working with the 100,000 hitters. People in general learn and retain better in “sequences.” Hitters develop efficient patterns more rapidly and effectively using a Sequencing teaching methodology. As far as the actual structure of an effective swing, a proper sequence of movements (pattern) is critical. If the sequence gets “out of whack”, the efficiency of the swing diminishes.

  • Unlock the Athletic Hitter Within

    An essential key is to unlock the athletic hitter inside you. Sometimes we as coaches lock up hitters with so many mechanical thoughts and ideas. Hitters need to have quality swing mechanics to maximize hitting performance but “being athletic” while hitting will help create good, natural swing sequence and structure. Mastering simple, athletic movements along with a simple, smart, aggressive approach are keys to unlocking your swing.
